Join us to celebrate World Mental Health Day with some homemade cake, a cuppa and a chat. We will be opening our centres in Oakham and Melton on Thursday, 10th October and everyone is welcome!
World Mental Health Day is a good reason for us to show our centres to more people within the local community by opening our doors for an extra session.
Both our centres in Oakham and Melton will be open (Oakham from 3:30-4:30pm and Melton from 6-7pm) for you to come in, meet our friendly team, chat to others in your local community and enjoy a slice of cake and a cup of tea.
It’s an hour that you can take for yourself to get a little me time and learn about what we do at Pepper’s: we have lots of activities every week!
It doesn’t cost anything to come along and you don’t need to book, just pop along whenever you can and stay for ten minutes, half an hour or the whole time we’re open!
